The townhouse was perfect. Amanda was awesome! We will definently stay here again! The weather and water were perfect. Couldn’t have asked for any better!

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at "A Pier Getaway" in June 2023. The condo was beautiful and had eveything that we needed for a 10 day stay. All kitchen appliances were available and in working order. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking were provided as well. Amanda was always available to answer any questions, which was a huge plus. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!!!

We loved this condo and plan on returning. The access to the beach was convenient and we walked every day. The rooms were very spacious and we used the grill on the deck. Friendly host and town, good environment.

After vacationing in Gulf Shores for the past 20 years, Mexico Beach and A Pier Getaway was a breath of fresh air. Dealing with Amanda was like dealing with family. Super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. The home was in pristine condition when we arrived and was fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed, even had a fully stocked closet with beach chairs and kids toys. Everything was updated and perfectly decorated to give you the beach feel without being too much. Mexico beach was very relaxing and the locals were great with advice on places to eat and visit. Home was perfectly located to the beach and directly across the street from 2 perfect locations to get any odds and ends you may forget. Thanks again to Amanda and her family for the hospitality!! We have found our new “Home away from Home”!!

My family loved staying in A Pier Getaway! Mexico Beach is BACK after Hurricane Michael and we have found our new beach home. The condo was clean and comfortable with new, nice appliances and furnishings. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, and floaties for us to use. We really liked the community with the backyard pool! The location is perfect, right across 98 from MB Marina and the Shell Shack. We will be back next year!!

We love the location & convenience to shops and the beach. The house is well decorated, perfect for our family, and sooo clean! We will be back again for a 3rd summer for sure!

We throughly enjoyed the 10 days we spent at A Pier Getaway, we got in late Wednesday night, and everything was just perfect, the house was wonderful the trips to the beach were easy! Perfect location wonderful home and super wonderful time the entire time we were there!

The kitchen is well stocked for those of us that still like to cook on vacation. Beautifully decorated too! Amanda was super helpful. Cleanest condo that we’ve ever stayed in!!! Literally, not a spec of dust anywhere. Decor super new. Kitchen and bathrooms spotless!!! Awesome location to walk to beach, go to MB marina, canal, and Shell Shack and cute pool in complex. Definitely would stay here again:) Amanda was responded very quickly when I had a question also!

Amanda is a wonderful host! She was very responsive to any and all needs and questions. The condo is decorated beautifully and is perfect to stay in! The pool is right in the back yard and the beach is maybe a 2 minute walk. The neighborhood was friendly and very quiet! We enjoyed every minute and will definitely look to return ?????????????

A Pier Getaway was amazing! I am an OCD clean freak and was honestly shocked at the cleanliness of this vacation home. Everything seemed so fresh and new. Well stocked with basic things you’d need for a perfect beach vacation. We will be back! Owner was very accommodating and so sweet to work with.

Perfect weekend get away for our family. Amanda was great to work with. The condo is so cute with its beach decor. Everything you need is there. We brought our own chairs, beach cart and toys, however, they did have all of that there for the guests. The beach is only a short walk away. We love the convenience of having the General Store and the Shell Shack across the street. We will definitely stay again.

Our family had a great time at Mexico Beach. The grandkids really loved it. All the folks in the area were super nice, I liked the laid back style of the area. No crowds to put up with. This ole grandpa found time for a nap! That's my kind of style - We all loved the food, Great varieties for everyone. We will surely be going back. Made some great family memories, thanks for those.

We just lost our mom in April to COVID...me and my sisters just needed to get away to just relax and start healing. The condo was perfect...everything you need, like home away from home. Great location and such an easy walk to the beach. Thanks for opening your home to us.

A Pier Getaway is exactly as pictured! It is BEAUTIFUL!! Our family had a wonderful vacation and this home felt like ours! Everything you’d need and more! A few steps to the clear ocean waters and white sand or walk out your back door to the pool. Amanda was wonderful to work with and very helpful! If you’re looking for a quiet area to relax...look no further!!
